Trustee Support

In Irish Life Corporate Business we understand the role of the trustee and how important our support is. With the introduction of the Pension Act 2008, this role has become increasingly important. We aim to provide trustees who have company pension schemes with us as much information as possible to help them fulfil trustee regulatory requirements.

We provide the following support to trustees of these group pensions schemes.

Trustee annual report

Each year, for company pension schemes where we are the Registered Administrator, we prepare the annual report for the Trustees, which details all the contribution amounts and pension funds invested in. This is the main report that helps fulfil trustee regulatory requirements.

Trustee meetings

As well as our trustee annual report, we are available to meet trustees on a yearly basis and provide an administration report for the year. This administration report covers all activities on the company pension scheme in the last year.

Regular updates

We provide trustees with regular communications on the latest information a trustee needs to know.

Trustee training

Irish Life Corporate Business provides a trustee training programme. The training programme is registered with the Pensions Board and is designed to cover all of the areas recommended by the Pensions Board.
