Irish Life won the award for Best Customer Experience at the prestigious All-Ireland Marketing Awards (AIMs). The panel of judges – all specialists in the field of customer experience – said that the two key things that really stood out in our initial submission to get shortlisted and again in our finals presentation were:
1) our 'perfect experience' model - how specific actions or behaviours can drive better customer satisfaction; and
2) the continuous journey of improvements to our service that had taken place over the last 13 years.
The commitment of our customer service and adviser teams to the program over such a long period drew great praise from the judges. It's further evidence of how we live our values and put the customer at the centre of what we do. More information on the awards can be seen here:
