The word “diet” can strike fear into the minds of most of us, and as a lot of us know, trying to maintain a healthy diet is very hard when it comes to doing the weekly shop. Temptation lurks on every aisle! With this in mind, we asked our Brand Ambassador and top fitness expert Karl Henry to drop in to give us his simple tips on diet and in particular what to look out for or avoid when we are doing the weekly shop!
