This Friday 22nd April will see a long overdue re-launch of our My Online Services application.
This relaunch is the first step. Over the coming months, you will see many improvements and enhancements which will make the site easier for you to use.
We have listened to your feedback and have made the following updates to help make the application easier for you to use.

You said it was difficult to login, we’ve made it easier for you!
The first improvement is to make it easier for you to login and view your policy.


From Friday all you’ll need is an email address and password to login – so no need to remember 10 digit ids anymore! You’ll need to pick the email address the first time you log in but after that you won’t need to remember the long user id.

If you are using our mobile app, you will just need your password, no extra pin numbers to remember!

You asked for more functions, we’ve added some!
This Friday you will have access to more fund information and you will be able to chart historical performance.

From May, you will be able to make a payment on your life insurance plans.

Our revamped website will work well on iphones, Android phones, ipads and tablets. So you can view the details of your policy anytime, anywhere.
