The Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 was signed into Irish Law on 13th July 2021. This legislation requires employers to calculate and publish on an annual basis. The information we are publishing on this webpage complies with what is required under Irish reporting requirements. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is a critical part of our strategy and who we are as an organisation. As such, we have chosen to also report on this data at an overall Irish Life Group level.
Both the Irish Life and Canada Life groups in Ireland are part of the broader Great West Lifeco group of companies. Canada Life Group Services (CLGS) provides a range of services to regulated firms across both groups, including information technology and internal audit. As CLGS does not have its own website, the report is published here in order to make it publicly available.
