Irish Live Health will enable MFA on the Irish Life Health Live Portal for you. Once enabled you will be prompted to setup an authenticator app to complete.

Your companies IT policy may restrict users from accessing links or downloading browser extensions [Chrome or Edge]. You will need to raise this with your IT support team to resolve. Alternatively, you can download the authenticator on a mobile device.
Irish Life Health has no control and is unfortunately unable to troubleshoot specific authenticator issues. You will need to raise this with your internal IT support teams for desktop authenticators or directly with the authenticator app helpdesk where on a mobile device.
Alternatively, you can "Reset" your authenticator by selecting the "Reset authenticator?" link on the Two Factor Authentication passcode login screen. This will guide you though the authenticator setup again. You can choose to setup a new authenticator on desktop or mobile device or try on your current one again. There are no limits to how many times you can reset. Please be aware that resetting your two-factor authenticator disables the currently active Irish Life Health authenticator.
