You can get a prescription for certain conditions or illness. You can find the full list here.
You can access the online prescription service through MyClinic. When you click “Get a prescription” you will be redirected to Abi Global to start your consultation.
Please note only certain medications can be prescribed.
Should you need to follow up on a prescription after your consultation you can email Abi Global at ILH@abi.ai
It only takes a few minutes to complete the form. At that point it will be sent to a Doctor for review – this can take another few minutes.
Your prescription will be issued immediately to your selected pharmacy. We do recommend calling your pharmacy to ensure they’ve received the prescription and have it ready for you before going to collect it.
Prescriptions can only be issued where clinically appropriate and cannot be issued on an ongoing basis.

Yes. Patient confidentiality is very important, and all medical records remain confidential. Continuity of care is extremely important; therefore, a record of your consultation and medical notes can be securely sent to your own GP by request, with your consent.
A copy of your conversation is made available to you once the conversation is completed.
