The Couch Counsellor is an online series hosted on Facebook of recorded Q&A sessions for anyone who wants to get involved. The series will feature author, creator and writer of Netflix comedy drama Can't Cope, Won't Cope - Stefanie Preissner and Psychotherapist Jason Brennan who will be sitting down to share some professional advice on ways to make the lockdown easier on your mental health.

If your telephone counsellor deems it clinically appropriate, up to 6 counselling sessions may be arranged through Telus Health via phone or video call, or in-person (for members aged 18 years and over).
