Key questions about the Irish Life Dublin Marathon cashback
As part of Irish Life’s commitment to health and wellness, we’re offering cashback to Irish Life Health customers who are registered to run in the 2025 Irish Life Dublin Marathon and hold an active health insurance policy with us.
This offer is available on selected plans only, so please check your table of cover to see if your policy is eligible for the cashback.
To qualify, you must meet all of the below criteria:
- Hold an active Irish Life Health insurance policy as of 19th October 2025, which includes benefits for sports club/gym memberships/classes, or adult sports club/gym memberships. You must also be officially registered to participate in the 2025 Irish Life Dublin Marathon by the same date. Runners are advised to check their Table of Cover to confirm whether their plan includes these benefits.
- Have the official “Acknowledgement of entry” email, which you will receive from the race organisers , no later than 30 October 2025.
Please note if you have already used your sports club / gym membership / classes and adult sports club/gym membership benefits this policy year you may not be able to claim further cashback.
The cashback amount will depend on your level of cover and the specific policy you hold with Irish Life Health. Please check your table of cover.
You can claim your cashback via your online account. You will need to have your “Acknowledgement of entry” email to submit your claim and upload this as a receipt. For more information on how to submit a claim see here.
Claims must be submitted within 6 months of the end of your policy year.
No, the cashback only applies to the 2025 Irish Life Dublin Marathon.
We will review your claim and pay what you’re owed directly into your bank account within 5 working days unless we need to talk to you about your claim.
