Long Term Savings

Clear Regular Invest

Clear Regular Invest is a long term savings plan from Irish Life, designed for the regular saver so you can make payments each month. You choose the fund(s) you want to direct your regular payments into, and through these funds you gain access to the growth potential of shares and bonds.

Fund choice

Clear Regular Invest gives you access to eight great funds, managed by a selection of fund managers, including Irish Life’s range of Multi Asset Portfolio Funds. As the name suggests, the Multi Asset Portfolio Funds invest in a wide range of assets. We recommend that you diversify your investment by not putting all your ‘eggs in one basket’ and these funds allow you to do just that.

As well as the MAPs funds, there are three other funds for you to choose from – the Consensus Fund, the Consensus Cautious Fund, and the Consensus Equity Fund. Each of the funds available on Clear Regular Invest has a different level of risk and possible returns.

Online services

With our online services you can keep track of your Clear Regular Invest online, or even switch your funds, free of charge at a time that suits you.

Charges

With Clear Regular Invest, your regular payments minus the 1% government levy are invested from day one. If you choose to invest in any of the funds available and continue to invest for more than five years, the only charges will be an annual fund charge. An incentive fee may apply to certain funds. Early encashment charges apply to each of the Clear Regular Invest fund options. Please see the product booklet for full details.
