Financial Planning Advisor

    Joining Irish Life

After gaining experience in the Financial Services and achieving my QFA I joined Irish Life because I wanted to build my career in a reputable financial institution where I can make a real difference in people’s lives.

    Academy

Through the Irish Life Financial Advisor Academy, I gained the support, knowledge, and confidence to develop into my role as a Financial Advisor. The academy was 3 months of core workshops, practical training, and systems training by excellent and well experienced facilitators.

    Continuous Learning

The highlight of my journey has been the continuous learning and coaching, working alongside experienced colleagues who are genuinely willing to help.

    Commitment to Customers and Employees

What I value most about working with Irish Life is its genuine commitment to both customers and employees, they are both well taken care of.

Every day is a new opportunity to help people make informed financial decisions, and nothing beats the satisfaction that comes from putting a financial plan in place knowing it will make a real difference in their lives.

    Culture

I like the culture here, it is welcoming, inclusive, and supportive. There is a strong sense of community where colleagues are open and genuinely wants everyone to succeed, and I felt a part of the team from the very first day.

    My Advice

My advice to anyone considering a career with Irish Life is to be open to learning and always put the customer at the centre of everything that you do. This is a place where you can develop professionally and make meaningful impact on people’s lives.
