Vocational services
With Absence Management Solutions
Returning to work after prolonged illness is an important part of the recovery process. However, it can evoke other concerns, such as fear of failure, fear of meeting colleagues again, and fear of changes that may have occurred in the workplace during a long absence. This service provides ongoing support during what could be a period of uncertainty and makes the transition back to work as smooth and easy as possible.

Employee stories
“Cancer is a very emotional journey. To know that the people in an organisation whose job is to manage a programme such as this, for organisations and people they don’t know or get to meet and to do it to such a professional standard – I am in awe and so thankful. Thank you very much for the jobs that you do.”
