Our unique claim management process
Nurse-led early intervention
We offer a nurse-led Early Intervention team to all our group income protection customers. Learn more about the Early Intervention Service.
Clinically designed rehabilitation
All our rehabilitation programmes have been designed with leading medical doctors, hospitals and clinics. We ensure we have the best providers looking after each programme, which means we can make improvements quickly.
Rehabilitation built into every claim
We guarantee every single claim paid is considered for rehabilitation. Our rehabilitation programmes include programmes for brain injuries, COVID and fatigue, along with cancer and mental health. In 2024, over 700 people returned to work with our support.
Exclusive vocational support
Our vocational services are provided by Absence Management Solutions, with whom Irish Life has an exclusive contract in Ireland. We have worked with hundreds of employees, helping break down barriers which were preventing a return to work. Our provider works with both the employer and employee, finding solutions to what initially may have seemed impossible situations.
Integrated wellbeing programmes
We offer a wide range of wellbeing programmes to support your employees’ mental, physical and emotional wellbeing in an integrated way. Your team can get access to our wellbeing calendar, screenings, virtual GP services, and wellness programmes.
