Term life insurance covers you for a period (term) of your choosing. You can choose to be protected for any length of time between two and 50 years, up to age 85.

About term insurance
Your dependents will receive a lump sum if you die during the term of the plan.
You can choose to be covered for up to 50 years, up to the age of 85.
Term insurance is generally a cheaper option, but the cost of cover will depend on your age, health, whether you smoke, the term length, and any benefits chosen.
Your monthly premiums will remain the same unless you choose the inflation protection option. This will increase your cover in line with inflation, but your premiums will also increase.
You must continue to pay your premium each month in order to stay covered.
